Outcomes Research / Communication Center

In a Learning Healthcare System, outcomes research and patients’ feedback guides the continual updating of best practices. As part of our future clinic, a 24/7 Communications Center, via the administration of post-discharge questionnaires and quality of care surveys, allows evaluation of the effectiveness of care and providers’ performance, aids in the dissemination of disease specific information, and opens a portal for patient and family communication.  The Communications Center may also provide guidance in obtaining any information needed regarding your treatment and services. Outcomes research and quality improvement ensures achievement of the Triple Aims of Healthcare – better health, better healthcare, and lower cost.
